Our love for fresh local produce is reflected in our seasonal menus, which are expertly sourced by our experienced chefs.

Milly Fortune launched Clean Slate Catering in 2010.  
She is a passionate and skilled chef with a keen eye for detail.  
She also has an extensive knowledge in public relations and marketing, having worked in the City, followed by working in a gallery in Knightsbridge organising events.  It was with this passion and enthusiasm that Milly set up Clean Slate Catering.
